Returns Eligibility
Recette accepts returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Products must be unused and clean.
Conditions for Refund
If your return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product), Recette will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that we will not issue refunds for items damaged by:
- Cracks or scratches caused by sharp knives.
- Damage resulting from drops or misuse.
Returns not adhering to these conditions will not be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please visit our Returns Center. You can expect your refund to be processed within up to 30 days of us receiving your return, though processing times may vary.
- Return Postage Fee: A fee of $9.99 will apply for return postage when using labels generated through our website.
- You will receive an email confirmation once we process your return, and your refund should appear on your statement within 14 days thereafter.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order before it has been processed, please contact us at bonjour@recettehome.com. We will do our best to assist you in canceling your order before it ships; however, please be aware that most orders are processed and shipped immediately.
